At the time you place your order, God’s Era™ reviews your order request and details of customization (if applicable), inspects quality and ships all items within 2-3 business days of receiving an order. godsera.com is available to you every day, every hour to place an order through our easy checkout.
Typical delivery time is 3-7 business days within the U.S.
Shipping Rates:
Free ground domestic shipping is offered on orders over $75. International customers are currently not eligible for free shipping.
There is a flat shipping rate of $7.
Before we ship your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer.
We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
If there is an issue with inventory or the shipping carrier, your order will be cancelled. You will receive a prompt email with further details, and your funds will be refunded.
How can I change the information in the order?
An order cannot be modified once it has been placed, except for the shipping address if your order has not shipped yet. Please refer to the shipping status.
If you need to change other details including quantity, style, or payment method, you may contact us to request an order cancellation if it has been less than one (1) hour since you made the purchase.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped you will receive delivery details which includes a tracking number provided by the carrier.
Can I reschedule the delivery time for the order(s)?
We understand that you'd like to schedule a specific delivery time for your order. Unfortunately, we don't have this option available. If you have specific delivery needs, reach out to the carrier for assistance

What do I do if I cannot cancel my order?
If your order is already in transit, unfortunately, we're unable to cancel it. Once it's delivered, you can submit a request to return it. Thank you for understanding.
Why is the product shipped even though a refund has been requested?
This could be because your order shipped before we received your refund request. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you'd still like a refund, you can either reject the delivery when it arrives (when we receive it back, you will receive a refund) or request a refund once it arrives and return the item(s).
Who pays the return shipping cost if I return it?
The customer pays for return shipping costs.
Do you support cash on delivery?
We do not offer cash on delivery at this time. Available payment methods will be offered during the checkout process.
