HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER WAS RECEIVED ?
Once your order has been received, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Your order can be modified at any time before your payment is processed. To do this simply click on the shopping bag icon and select the item you would like to modify.
Orders cannot be modified once they are placed as they immediately start processing.
To add onto an order you may continue shopping and additional added items will be placed in your shopping bag for review prior to checkout.
Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. It is highly encouraged to review shopping bag details prior to proceeding with your purchase.
It is possible that your order may be cancelled during high volume periods due to inventory selling out. If your order is cancelled, all charges will be automatically refunded. We recommend trying to place your order again or signing up for our waitlist, if applicable, for the sold out item.
To ensure your security, we take additional steps in verifying the details on your order. If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact us for more information.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped you will receive delivery details which includes a tracking number provided by the carrier.
PLACING AND RECEIVING ORDERS:
At the time you place your order, God’s Era reviews your order request and details of customization, inspects quality and ships all items within 3-4 business days of receiving an order. godsera.com is available to you every day, every hour to place an order through our easy checkout.
WHAT IS A WORKING/BUSINESS DAY?
A working day is Monday-Friday, excluding observed and Federal Holidays when shipping is not available. Please review or shipping policies for observed days/holidays when shipping may be unavailable.
THE PAYMENT HAS FAILED, WHAT CAN I DO?
We're sorry to hear that your payment failed. There can be many reasons for this, such as:
- An expired or canceled card
- Insufficient funds
- Invalid payment
- Invalid account
- Payment limit exceeded
- E-wallet app version outdated
- Incorrect or invalid CVV code
- Incorrect zip code or billing address
- Incorrect card holder name
If none of these seem to be the issue, we recommend contacting your payment provider for further assistance. In the meantime, you may want to try using a different payment method to complete your order.
I HAVE PAID THE ORDER, WHY DOES IT SHOW 'UNPAID'?
If your order is showing as "Unpaid" even though you have made the payment, it's possible that the payment has failed. Please check your payment details, account balance, and payment provider statement to see if there are any issues that might be causing the problem.
HOW CAN I CONTACT THE PLATFORM'S CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Thanks for your interest in our products! While we are unable to provide a date for replenishment of specifics products, we have a wide selection of items that you might enjoy just as much. If the item is a 'must have', please provide the title of the item that has been removed along with the quantity and size(s) you are interested in and we will follow up with you regarding the purchase options (if any) of the item(s) of interest. We appreciate your patience while we look further into this matter.

Yes, the size chart is located on the product page to assist you in finding the perfect fit. If you have any trouble finding the right size, please reach out to us.
IS THERE A REWARD FOR GOOD REVIEWS?
We appreciate all the reviews we get from our customers. However, we do not offer rewards for good reviews as we believe in the importance of genuine and honest feedback.
ARE THERE DIFFERENT COLOR OPTIONS?

PRICING AND CURRENCY
Currently, all prices and purchase requirements are shown in U.S. dollars. When godsera.com begins to accept other currencies, the change in status will be listed here along with the accepted currencies.
ARE GOODS AVAILABLE FOR WHOLESALE?
Let us know which product you are looking to purchase in bulk and the quantity, and we will let you know if it is available.
DISCOUNT AND PROMOTION CODES
Received a discount code? Enter the code at the checkout page when checking out on godsera.com to receive your discount. Only one discount of any kind may be used at a time. God’s era discounts have no cash value, and are not valid toward previously purchased merchandise.
Discounts other than Free Shipping do not apply to shipping or taxes.
Discounts cannot be used if the product price total is less than the discount.
Expired discounts cannot be applied to orders.
